Summary

Don’t fall for your coworker…especially when he’s your roommate。

Sutton Barnes thinks he’s Prince Charming, but he’s really the Prince of Hell。
He’s egotistical。 A user。 A complete douchecanoe。
And unfortunately now my coworker。

Did I mention he’s also my new roommate?

It’s all because I can’t turn down a challenge。
I never have, and I won’t start now。
When Sutton bets me I can’t live in the same apartment as him and resist the “temptation”…well, game on。

He’ll be the first to cave。
There is no way I’m falling for his charm…not again。

Holland and Sutton OMG!! Teagan you did it again。 Where to start? I feel like you mixed a lot of my favorite character’s personalities and made this HOT MAN! *fanning* The Roommate romance The “enemies to lovers”The list goes on and on。 But Don’t get me Holland is a character I love。 She isn’t taking anything from Sutton。 I love that she is who she is。 I love that other characters are in the book 😍

I absolutely loved this book。 It makes me so sad that it is the last in this series。 When Teagan announced her roommates series I knew I was in。 Neighbor romances are my cat nip。 This story is my true catnip。 My all time fave trope is enemies to lovers with neighbors or workplace。 I got all of that in this story。 So I was in love from the beginning。 I absolutely adore both Sutton the hero and Holland the heroine。 They are both so good at pissing each other off and bring all that sexual tension t I absolutely loved this book。 It makes me so sad that it is the last in this series。 When Teagan announced her roommates series I knew I was in。 Neighbor romances are my cat nip。 This story is my true catnip。 My all time fave trope is enemies to lovers with neighbors or workplace。 I got all of that in this story。 So I was in love from the beginning。 I absolutely adore both Sutton the hero and Holland the heroine。 They are both so good at pissing each other off and bring all that sexual tension that I love for。 Teagan is the absolute best at that building sexual tension。 With looks and touches。 With lip bites and flushed cheeks。 You are ready for the bang and when you finally get it, it is so worth every single moment。 Plus Sutton is so good at the dirty talk。 I love it。 I love the rough hard unbearable to resist sexy times。 Thank you for that。 Plus low angst。 The story happens so smooth and well done。 The side characters were all fun and I laughed out loud sometimes。 I am going to miss the pie and the gravy train。 Thank you for this series it was so much fun to read。 。。。more

Teagan Hunter has been a go to rom com author since I read the first book in her Texting series a few years ago。 Tempt Thy Neighbor reminds me of that series in the best of ways。Holland and Sutton share a history and now are co-workers and roommates。 It was fun to watch their relationship morph from antagonistic to falling for one another。 The story has little angst and lots humor, banter, and sweet and swoony moments all wrapped up in one entertaining book。 It was a perfect weekend read。Thank y Teagan Hunter has been a go to rom com author since I read the first book in her Texting series a few years ago。 Tempt Thy Neighbor reminds me of that series in the best of ways。Holland and Sutton share a history and now are co-workers and roommates。 It was fun to watch their relationship morph from antagonistic to falling for one another。 The story has little angst and lots humor, banter, and sweet and swoony moments all wrapped up in one entertaining book。 It was a perfect weekend read。Thank you to the author for providing an ARC for an honest review。 。。。more

4/5I loved getting to know Sutton and Holland。 I could feel their chemistry from the beginning of the book。Hunter did a great job of focusing on the present while giving the information needed from the past。It was fun to see them navigating similar situations but doing it in the way best for them。I always love to see characters from previous books。A quick fun read that I really enjoyed。

Old flames are usually never a good idea。 Until he moves in with you, invades your space, and ends up being your co worker。 Sutton and Holland were dramatic but spicy。 Every part of this story was fun。

So so Good。Tempt thy Neighbor by Teagan HunterOMFG… that is the first thing that came to mind when I read this book。 It is so so good I mean GOOD。 I have loved every single book from the Roommate Romps series and I thought I had my favorite ( Dean and River then Nolan and Maya) but omfg this one blew it out of the water more like blasted it。 That’s how good this book is。 This is Holland’s book you meet her on Loathe Thy Neighbor if you recall River thought it was someone Dean was seeing but nope So so Good。Tempt thy Neighbor by Teagan HunterOMFG… that is the first thing that came to mind when I read this book。 It is so so good I mean GOOD。 I have loved every single book from the Roommate Romps series and I thought I had my favorite ( Dean and River then Nolan and Maya) but omfg this one blew it out of the water more like blasted it。 That’s how good this book is。 This is Holland’s book you meet her on Loathe Thy Neighbor if you recall River thought it was someone Dean was seeing but nope it’s his sister Holland。 Anyway so this is Holland and Sutton’s book and it is so steamy you will need to read at home and not in public where people will look at you all kinds of weird when your blushing and fanning yourself in public。 Holland is the youngest Evans and she has lived her life to get her dads approval yet nothing is ever good enough for him。 She finally has enough and quits her security job with her father。 So she moves in with Dean she is jobless, homeless ( thanks to her boyfriend and friends/roommate sleeping together) and heartbroken sleeping on his spare room。 Sutton has lived his life in the shadow of his brother and father leads being the spare or the lesser child until he has enough and does a final act to earn the disapproval of his father and get him kicked out of the family。 They bit find themselves trying to repair their life when they come together again。 At first it is hate hate relationship between them with all the history they have but soon do to a bet they are living together and working together。 That is when things start to heat up。 With them being to up in each other’s space they can no longer deny the chemistry and attraction between them。 This book a is a definite must read and buy it is so good and worth you money and time reading trust me you will not regret it and you will love it。 。。。more

Note: An ARC was provided by the author。One of the reasons the enemies-to-lovers trope is a personal favorite has to do with digging in to see why there's as much animosity between the main characters。 There's also the whole thing about that thin line between love and hate, and I'm all for having a ringside seat to reading how that line is crossed。 Both Holland and Sutton were in transitional phases of their lives, so it was interesting how it seemed like Fate stepped in and had their paths cros Note: An ARC was provided by the author。One of the reasons the enemies-to-lovers trope is a personal favorite has to do with digging in to see why there's as much animosity between the main characters。 There's also the whole thing about that thin line between love and hate, and I'm all for having a ringside seat to reading how that line is crossed。 Both Holland and Sutton were in transitional phases of their lives, so it was interesting how it seemed like Fate stepped in and had their paths crossing once again。 There's history between them, and I quite liked the development of their relationship and their personal and professional evolutions as individual characters。 Of course, being able to catch up with past characters is a bonus, and it does wrap things up well for the Roommate Romps series。 As much as I'll miss it all, I look forward to seeing what this author has up next。 Five stars for Tempt Thy Neighbor。 。。。more

This was an enjoyable read but not a tremendous one。 I sort of believe it would have deserved being longer with a bit more tension。 However I really liked both characters。 Holland is a brilliant young woman。 Sutton is arrogant but charming。 They’re cute and fun together。 Good book。

Easy to read, fun, and steamy。 This book is the perfect read for a sunny afternoon。Sutton and Holland cracked me up! The way they constantly took jabs at each other before finally succumbing to the sexual tension between them。。。 it was fabulous。I have really enjoyed all the books in this series, so it was nice to see the other characters feature in this one too。

I'm sad to see the series end, but this was a great way to go out。 This light and steamy, tension-filled romance makes for a quick, bingeable read that easily stands on its own。 I had no trouble devouring it one sitting, and I had fun the whole time。 It's an interesting combination of enemies to lovers, accidental roommates, office rivals, and second chance - which is probably too many tropes for the length of the book, lol。 I could've done without the second chance dynamic, because their histor I'm sad to see the series end, but this was a great way to go out。 This light and steamy, tension-filled romance makes for a quick, bingeable read that easily stands on its own。 I had no trouble devouring it one sitting, and I had fun the whole time。 It's an interesting combination of enemies to lovers, accidental roommates, office rivals, and second chance - which is probably too many tropes for the length of the book, lol。 I could've done without the second chance dynamic, because their history actually confused me for awhile and is one of the main things that detracted from the romance。 This either needed a few flashbacks to fill in the gaps, or it needed to scrap their whole sexual history。 But that's really the only thing that holds this back from being a 5-star read; the rest of the book is low angst, sexy, and just Hunter's style。The story follows Holland and Sutton (terrible names to keep track of, lol), two people who went to high school together but haven't seen each other in years。 Holland has always been competitive, so she and Sutton were academic rivals growing up。 It wasn't until after graduation that they crossed any lines, but they did share one sexy summer together。 After college, they reconnected, but things did not go well - and now there's a lot of resentment and unresolved feelings between them。 As both Holland and Sutton make changes in their lives, they find themselves crossing paths yet again。 And it's not long before they're both living and working together, which makes burying those unresolved feelings nearly impossible。This series has been very solid, and I've looked forward to every book。 This was no exception。 I loved all of the sexual tension, the enemies to lovers vibe, and the obvious connection。 Hunter manages to keep the story light and low angst, while also tackling a few tropes that tend to get angsty。 It's probably too short and definitely relies too much on their past (which we never see), but I enjoyed the story overall。 I would've vastly preferred if they had simply danced around their feelings in high school, because their history was kinda odd to me and very distracting。 I kept trying to figure out if they had slept together before, and if they really went off to college with "no" feelings。 Eliminating that messy backstory would've allowed their current dynamic to shine, and would've made the book a lot stronger - in my opinion。 Regardless, I still enjoyed this a whole lot, and it was just what I was in the mood for。 Whether you're reading this as a standalone or wrapping up the series, it's lighthearted and sexy。 I received an early copy and am voluntarily leaving a review of this enemies to lovers romance。 。。。more

What a fun way to round off this series。I really loved Holland and Sutton。 This story is filled with Ms Hunter’s usual sarcasm and witty banter which I love。 Her writing is relaxed and flows perfectly, moving the story along and instantly connecting you with the characters。As usual it was nice to catch up with the other couples in this neighbourhood and the epilogue was just right。If you like lighthearted romcom stories then this series of books will be perfect for you。
